Love Mexicans, Have a Problem With Illegal Immigrants

I am against illegal immigration and believe in the territorial sovereignty of the USA (and of all nations, actually), and that immigrants to this country should be able to hold on to parts of their own ancestral culture in private, but be an American in public: speak English in public, represent America in public and be loyal to it, and be ready to defend her (in words or deeds) when she is attacked or unjustly criticized. If you are an American citizen, don't insist on being called a "Mexican,"or a "Canadian," or even an "Italian." I call myself an Italian-American, but not all the time, only in a certain context. I am an American first and foremost. And that should be the sentiment of Hispanic immigrants, and of all immigrants, to this country. But the reality, especially among Mexicans, is I rarely find that sentiment. It is there, yes, but it is rare. Being against illegal immigration and the radical open borders-Aztlan and MECHA groups and beliefs, I do have love and respect for our Mexican-American people and neighbors, and I know of the cultural, religious, and even genetic ties between our two peoples (there are millions of Italians in Latin America, even in Mexico.) I have love and respect for patriotic Mexican-Americans and Mexicans who respect our borders, laws, and territorial sovereignty. It are the illegals I have a problem with.

Border Patrol Agents Ordered to be Defenseless by Mexico

Evidently, Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to defend themselves against illegals. Rocks can be deadly weapons....instead of whining about how our border patrol agents act, why don't Mexicans respect our border and immigration laws?: http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-0623-border-shooting-20110623,0,5697051.story?track=rss
